Why Atvalio does not produce generic texts

AI writes a proposal text in a few seconds. Often it is not even bad. But you recognise it straight away: general, predictable, interchangeable. A client or panel reading ten proposals keeps seeing the same sentences. That is not how you win. Atvalio Tenders is in development, and this is how we are building it.

Why AI texts look alike

A language model writes what is most obvious for the question it gets. A general question gives a general answer. Ten companies asking the same question get ten variations of the same text.

That text is then often pasted straight into the proposal. You have a text. Sometimes average, sometimes even good. But not excellent, and not yours.

It only becomes excellent when AI helps get your message across, in your voice, in a way that fits who you are as a company.

From good to excellent

What counts as good or excellent is partly taste. But a text nearly always improves when it becomes more concrete, measurable, and when there is some feeling in it. A fictional example.

  • Good“We have extensive experience in site maintenance and ensure a well-kept site with minimal disruption.”True, but any competitor could write this.
  • Excellent“Since 2014 we have maintained eleven business sites in the region. Your drivers will not notice us: we only start after the morning rush and never work on the driving routes. And from the first week, your visitors see a site that matches your company.”Measurable (eleven sites, since 2014), concrete (after the morning rush) and with feeling (what your visitors see).

Those figures do have to be right. That is why Atvalio only uses facts that are in your profile or in the tender documents. If something is missing, Atvalio asks you instead of filling it in.

How Atvalio does it differently

  1. Your profile is the foundationReferences, certificates, people, your approach, what sets you apart and how you sound. The more complete the profile, the more the text is yours.
  2. The documents and the clientWhat does the buyer ask for, how are bids scored, and what does this client care about? Atvalio finds out and writes to that.
  3. Every sentence with a sourceWhat Atvalio writes points to your profile, the documents or a web page. You see where it comes from, and you can check it.
  4. Learning from your correctionsEvery edit and every comment is taken into the next texts for your company. After a few tenders it writes more and more like you.
  5. A critical readerA simulated panel or client reads along and points out strengths and weaknesses, while you can still improve.

That is why it differs for every customer

Two companies bidding for the same tender get genuinely different texts in Atvalio. Not because a few words are shuffled, but because they start from something different: other references, other people, another approach and another voice.

Customers are strictly separated in Atvalio. What you enter and correct is never seen by another customer, and never used to write texts for anyone else.

Your proposal should show what sets you apart, not what the average bidder would say.

What you keep doing

AI helps you write, but you remain the writer. Three things are always up to you.

  • Keep your profile strongWhat is not in it, Atvalio cannot use. A strong profile is the difference between a general and a personal text.
  • Always read everythingEvery sentence, every figure, every name. You sign the proposal, so you decide what is in it.
  • Always give feedbackWhat is not right, what would you say differently? The more you correct, the better the next text fits.

And your data?

It stays yours. Atvalio runs in European data centres and uses a language model through a service where the model’s maker has no access to what you put in or what comes out. Atvalio does not use your data to train AI models.

HOW ATVALIO HELPS

Atvalio Tenders guides you from the first read of the documents to a proposal you submit yourself. It does not write in your place, but alongside you: from your profile, in your own voice, with a source for every sentence. You decide, and you submit.

Atvalio Tenders is coming soon. On the waiting list, you can be the first to start a 14-day trial on a real tender.
